If it snows, there's crowds. And there's really no way to predict how much it's going to be snowing then, but there's a chance you'll hit a powder day if you're up there a few days.
yah you could get a decent snow at that time of year. I hope you are going during the week because it's usually a lot less crowded (unless there is a big dump)
