Trip Talk- Theory on no free will/ time

Ok, so i just banged out a paper on my current thoughts, i described all this to my friends, told me to write it, so i decided to post it.

Listen to me, I hope that my writing is good enough to let

me communicate what I understand right now.

Believe me please, ask if unclear. OK

so basically I’ll have to start with a basic image so you can create a picture,

but this image is not what it truly is, just use it to imagine. So picture an ipod background for their

commercials, completely white. So this

is the background of ALL existence, existence is composed of all dimentions, so

the fourth (and other) demensions, the fourth being time. Imagine a sphere impring its image in this

white background, so evert movement it makes is recorded in this white

place. Now the sphere is the universe,

to its entirety, including the world we live in, and all other “worlds” and

planets. The dimension of time is the

imprinting of this sphere, the universe.

So as the universe proceeds in time, it imprints the occurrences (what

we do) in this. So as time proceeds,

this imprinting (think of it as a a cylinder that’s created by its path of movement.

So time has been created and proceeded, with everything recorded. So that means that everything in the past has

been imprinted somewhere (in this white place).

SO everything in the past can be accessed if you could pass through the

barrier of time, which humans are icapable of.

But theoretically, you would essentially see everything occurring which

has already happened. Now imagine being “god” (I don’t believe but it helps the

image) if he looked without the barrier of time, he could see all that

happened, and all that will happen. So

now picture the possibilities, everything in the future, can now be grasped at

the same “time” (not time, just the only word we can describe it as). So this means that the future and the past,

are all, essentially, the “past” (same thing).

So if everything has already happened, meaning it can be accessed at

once, then that means that everything (life, existence, our day to day life) is

happening simultaneously as the past everythings (life existence, our day to

day life). So that means that we only

live through one time perspective, like on instance of time, is only our

perspective of it, because it is happening “right now” at another time

perspective. So that means that there is

only course of life, like there is only one path that life can take because

life is occurring in the future “right now” at another time perspective, and

there is only one path to that future, so there is a set course of future

action. Now take a second, reread that

and make sure that thought is understood.

To reverberate: time has been imprinted, accounted for, and extends

infinitely in both the past and future (if you don’t like infinite, try to

understand that we cannot possibly grasp this concept of infinity because we

have nothing in our experiences to parallel the concept). Now this means that the future has been

preset, but what about free will, don’t we determine our future? Sorry, no free

will. Imagine a baby’s mind, completely

empty from human encounters, a blank tablet to be influenced into behaving

certain ways. So everything that happens

during its life, imprints into the baby’s mind. Some of these things are consciously

remembered, other memories are imprinted in our subconscious, so we have that

influence, but don’t know why if we tried to pinpoint it, and others, sadly,

may be lost forever. SO these occurrences make up this babies understanding

of the world. But why does the baby

absorb certain things and not others initially, at the point where there are no

outside influences subconsciously influencing it? DNA. It makes up who we are and how the brain

develops, so your brain is preprogrammed into absorbing and not absorbing

different things. So back to the basis

of the baby’s actions. All of its

actions are guided by what it absorbed, which is completely out if its

control. SO once one thing is absorbed,

the next action is guided by the knowledge of that last action. These are tiny tiny building blocks to who we

are as people, we are what we absorb from what we interact with. Once these blocks build, they create a basis

for all action, this basis continuously changing every moment. So if we accept that we choose things by our

previous encounters, which we have no control over, then we can accept that the

actions we make are out of our control, because the basis of decision is out of

our control. So if we have no control,

no active control, over anything, then life as you know it is out of your

control, even if it feels you make your decisions out of randomness. If your one of those people who just grabbed

something random to prove to themselves that they just acted out of randomness

and not preset reason, you only did that action because of what you previously

absorbed, telling you that you must disprove what I said, and grabbing, or

making a random action is just what these absorptions have told you to do.

Which random act (if you did one) is also guided by your absorptions, some

people may have had certain experiences so they react by grabbing something, or

touching, or yelling... ect. Anyway, so

everything is preset. All your actions

are guided by other peoples interactions and actions which are also guided by

there own interactions with others… a big cycle. But one that makes sense, so it continues

with this premise, into infinite time, each moment predicted and occurring by

the past. So if one were able to fully

grasp EVERYTHING, every action, every mind, what different DNA;s produce- body and mind (completely impossible with humans)

but if this happened, then it would be possible to predict the future, having

the knowledge of the past along with knowledge of the mind. Tying everything together, everything is

preset, everything could be predicted through absolute knowledge, so no free

will, and fate… well of course. So we

are all pawns, controlled by destiny, just playing an arbitrary piece in

life.

Note: no matter who controls their conscious, so I am me, I

would still be me, haviny my “control” if my conscious, just my spark that

makes me me, if I were in someone else’s body/mind (minus consciousness) I am

saying that no matter who you think you are, you are only you because of what

happened to you, so if you were your best friend, you would be guided by all his

or her experiences, so you would act, EXACTLY, as they did.

Next time on trip talk, souls, conscious though, where do

they come from?

Dear fucking, God. I'm already in deep thought tonight, and now I have this shit piled on me. I need some thinking for myself because don't know what I want. Why is life like this?

No hate, but what you said, could have been said in about a paragraph. I found that you just went on and on. I think that you had some good points, but just couldn't convey them as well as you could have due to lack of writing ability. ( no offense, because well I am terrible at writing and getting my point across through written word.)

Is knowing that you have no free will going to change the fact that you could pick your nose right after reading this? Nope. Free will may be an illusion, but that illusion still allowed me to randomly look at the ceiling to prove my point.

Trying to follow you through the beginning in your transfer of a sphere to a 2d surface was a mindfuck, but the universe ends up distorted no matter how you do it. Relative, if you will.

All time is measured between two points. Our measurements are all relative, so one measurement is just as good as any other. We derive ours from the natural cycles of the Earth, but as the measurements are relative, someone could create a measure to contain all time with no problem whatsoever. It would be a useless measurement, but a measurement and quantity nonetheless.

Nice ramble, but the lack of paragraphs is obscene in something of this length.

why can't we all just live??? why do we use these big theories on how the future doesn't exist,
i mean i tried reading all of your post but it was just pointless to me...maby im just stupid...
but i have no idea whats goin to happen in the future, for example while you are reading this, my house could fall on me, but i dont know thats goin to happen at this point in time... so even if if the future is written out, which i believe it is, we "humans" cant see it or read it or understand it....
therefore, there is a sense of future for us human beings... because we do not know what will happen in the next 5 minutes....
( future:time that is to be or come hereafter (dictionary.com))
