Silly question, but are there tricks you can practice in your living room?
I'm new to skiing park, and I can only get up around once a week due to school. Are there tricks that you can get the feel of in your living room?

Jump off your couch to practice spins. And you can practice 270s on by spinning and planting your feet as if you were landing on a rail/box. If you have a balance board, then thats great for improving balance and core strength.

Or you could get a girl naked on your couch and practice peeing in her butt?

270 on, 270 off your bed
spins off stairs...
grabs while jumping into the couch...
afterbang while baking pancakes....
handplants ...
etc...

i really like the idea of this but i just don't think you can do anything that productive in the house, learning flips is about the limit, but that would be rad though, i've always wanted to be able to huck a flip from standstill.

tip stands/nose blocks, and if you have enough space you could attach a pvc to the top of your bed going down to floor (carpet), I can't remember where I saw it but someone did that haha

ski down the stairs onto a kicker and ride the pvc pipe thats running out your front door... teaches you commitment.

Win.

Time yourself, you've got so and so much time, to take off your gloves, adjust your gogs, switch the song on your ipod, fix the ear buds, and have the glove back on.

lie on your back and practice grabs, sounds stupid, but really helps you get more comfortable with tweaking them and such

yea im constantly afterbanging off the hill. doin laundry, gettin cash from the atm, peeing. its all about muscle memory.

*serious answer*

nose grabs. how? by stretching or doing yoga every morning for an hour (well, maybe not a full hour) before starting your day. you'll be able to reach your nose's in no time.
