Tribes has been around since way before halo, starsiege tribes came out in 1998 I think, and that game was so fun. So many mods.

And oddly enough the practice of "tranny finding" is called skiing. Between the jetpack and the hills you can pick up a lot of speed and bounce around the map.

I might have to give this a try since I sometimes play legions overdrive which is a similar FPS+Z shooter with skiing, ctf, etc. and was based on tribes I think
