I dont know, but I htink riding big skis (at least as tall as yourself) makes you feel a lot more stable and just makes it more fun to tear shit up on the mountain. However, the main thing h=is what kind of skier you are, even in the park. If you are the kid onf skier who likes having light, very controllabel skis and doing lots of tech stuff and doign lots of small, tight carves, then get a short, light ski, and there's nothign wrong with that. However, if you ae a very aggressive skier who loves just straightlining down the moutain or doing nice long carves and just really ripping the mountain as opposed to the finesse of the first type, then get a fat, big, long ski.
