I was told that you need a park pass to get into the park at tremblant. is this true?? if so how much is it and do you have to do anything to get the pass such as a course??

soooo untrue. we asked the park manager about this, he basically said it wont happen ever.

the only place i know of where you need a park pass is at avila and they just make you sign a paper and pay 10$...

 
And at Blackcomb you need a park pass to enter the highest level.

wow park pass... I heard about thoes. They sounds like a good idea and a bad idea.. Good part is that there would be no stupid little kids who cant hit jumps then hurt them selfs.. Bad idea is that its a pain in the ass to watch a video and to pay more money

good idea if we had one of those our jumps might actually stay in good condition for a while im gonna have to talkk to my park manger to see if we can get one....

 
fuck i WISH tremblant had a park pass... theres so many idiots and little kids in the park these days... this snowboarder was going to hit the jump and this little kid cut right in front of him so right on the lip the snowboarder timed it perfectly to take the little kid out so he would go flying over the lip and so that he wouldnt go over the lip... if that makes any sense... anyway it was funny shit the snowboarder fucked the little stupid kid up

yes i do like the idea but the only problem about it is that if you do have to watch a movie i take a bus up and we get there around 9 and leave at 4 and that doesnt leave for much time sitting inside to watch a movie, i think they need to reconize park passes from other hills and you pay a day fee. but if you ski a hill that doesnt well i never thought about that

i think the video session will weed out the yetis. im all for it. but...it will never happen at tremblant sadly, unless management has a change of heart.

yah, the park people at tremblant said that it wont happen because its a human rights issue and under Quebec law they could get sued for not letting people into the park. I think its bullshit, its not like they wouldnt sell a park pass to black people so i dont understand how its an issue at all, but thats Quebec law for you.

i would be willing to sacrifice a few of my days up at Trembs, let alone watch like an hour long video? A park with nodumbasses would be heaven. Thats for sure...

I'm skiing at avila and I think that a park pass is a great idea! it cuts by 90% the dumb ass that destroy everything. Now there is only few people who sneak by the woods. But I mean no more snowplow people going through the park, no more skiboarders who can't go downhill.

fuck 3 idiot snowboarders took me out yesterday within a half an hour because they dont know how to stop... they fuckin suck... like this one chinese girl that hit me would 5050 the box and then fall and then she would fall like 20 feet down so she would take someone out if they were standing anywhere near it, i watched her and she did this everytfuckin time... they need to learn how to fuckin stop... next time im just gonna stick my pole out and if they wanna hit me they'll get drilled in the eye

Believe me, when a place gets a Park Pass, it's a blessing in disguise. Blue Mountain (ONT) has one, and it basically gets rid of all the knobs that clutter parks up. The only hassle is if your hitting up a place for a couple days, you have to pay the $10 and sit through the damned course.

Yea, park passes are definatly good, but watching a video blows. I like mountain creeks idea to just make u pay 5 bux and get a park pass that way people who dont ski park jsut wont bother going through. But watching a video is just just ridicuouls especially one thats 30 minutes long

Well since I live here and ski with the guys that run the park I can tell you for sure there is no park pass at all. But they are a bit stricter with the park rules this year though.

But right now as hard as the conditions are here. You don't want to fall at all.

I was up at tremblant yesterday and there was a guy standing by the expert park entrance telling people not to come in if they didnt look like they could ski park... it worked out sort of well there wasnt as many retards going through the park
