Travis' double backflip?

he was claiming it. there was an xgames commercial where he kicked a door open and was like double backflip baby! And skierman, you have no idea what you're talking about, bringing me into this. I'm not a profeshional moto x guy, and never claimed to be, but he pussed out twice, not only with the double backflip, but in that race too. He's damn good at what he does, but he needs to step up to the plate if he's gona claim shit. Hell I could have gone on there and been, like we'll see I may try one.... Talk is cheap, but lies are expensive. and he droped the ball on this one.

yeah, sucks for you. the gravity games are gonna be in cleveland this summer, and he will def throw it there. i live like a half hour away, so ill get to see it in person.

i think someone should try a bike flip like that one dude in BMX park.

I have to agree with skiierman and irotate260. did you see how hard he hit the ground on saturday?? Travis is an amazing athlete and competitor. He was sore as hell on sunday and he still gave it his all. I thint that if he wasn't injured at all, he would of tried the double.

 
phrosty, what you call pussied out of I called used common sense and didn't act stupid. I'm sure more than anything he wanted to throw the double backflip. But, in his condition, he was dizzy, couldn't see out one eye, and feeling sick. Which means that his whole sense of balance and perception was most likely off. If you can't concentrate or think straight, it's absolutely stupid to go for something like that. It's his life on the line, and he was smart enough not to throw it away. The fact alone that he competed and got 2nd in the midst of his current shape deserves commemoration.

yeah most people dont know this but Travis is like a genous. he graduated highschool one year ahead, strait A student and everything. He knows his limitations and did the smartest thing by not doing the double. only 20 years old, thats a long life to live in a wheelchair if he seriously hurts himself.

^ yeah ive been waiting forever to see the rest of that commercial, it was very sick. a few months ago they just showed him about to drop in and it would fade out. very inspiring.

Ive heard all this talk about the Double Backflip...but for some of us that work during the days and have to sleep at night..I missed seeing the X-Games. ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN SEE THE VIDEO OF HIM DOING THE FLIP INTO THE FOAM PIT?--links only to VALID sites, not just 'maybe go check expn.com cause they dont have it.
