Yes, wheels. You MUST have them. Don't get suckered by buying a nice or "cool" looking ski bag or duffel bag without them. It's essential to have wheels. On BOTH your duffel and your ski bag.
A large duffel and a double ski bag will suffice for your travels (I've been to Chile a ton of times and all over Europe with this set up, trust me, it works). Use a backpack as your carry on.
While I'm not familiar with the Armada stuff, Da Kine makes some pretty nice bags. That's one option.
Finally, you don't need to take as much as you think you do. The lighter the better. Wash your socks and underwear in the sink in your hotel room. Wear T-shirts more than one day. But take one pair of nice pants and one or two nice shirts for discos and nice restaurants. Pack and then re-pack, ditching everything that's not totally essential. You can usually take 2 pairs of skis on international flights w/o breaking the weight limit. But if you are flying within the European Union, they've lowered the weight limts and you have to be very, very careful to not rack up huge charges for excess weight.
Finally, bring some beanies and other small gifts from home for the locals. They'll be fully stoked and you'll be stoked to be able to give them something in return for their hospitality.
Safe travels!
