Trash Terrain Park

My resort opened last week, but we had to set up the entire park. None of our resorts park crew ski, so they don't know anything about setting up stuff. 5 of my friends and I set up a better setup than they would have. They make everything ride ons, and the longest rail is like 30ft, and they have only a few rails. Most of their rails were funded because a snowboarder died and the parents wanted to put money towards the resort. Anyone else have this problem?

At my hill in Ohio the park crew consistently drops the ball. Our management leaves a lot to be desired. The place is run by the son of the man who owns peak resorts, so he basically does what he wants without consequence. The park crew is lazy as shit and they're even open about it. They frequently don't show up to builds because they're "too early" or some shit. It has been showing the last few years, almost all of the rails they set up are extremely poorly set, poorly maintained, and the biggest jump we've had in 3 seasons was a janky 20-25 footer. Hoping for a miracle this season, but I worry they are going to use this very short season as another excuse to not put much up. The parks used to be decent here.

Sounds exactly like my story. The owners son is super cocky and is just a jerk. And he tells the people to set it up so he can practice a certain trick or something. The one good jump was a 30 footer and it wasn't even built by a Mt. La Crosse employee.

Sounds exactly like its here. The staff are very nice but the uper management dont allow the skiers/snowboarders to work with them what sucks because many people would like to help. We are lucky if we get even one decent jump the whole season and the rails arent that good either.

You still up there at all?

Same shit is happening at the closest resort to me. They also routinely overcharge for the smallest hill in all of Ontario. My friend (Who's in highschool) was going to be the park manager this year, and then they decided they couldn't afford to pay him minimum wage. I hate them so much.

Really? Some guys on the crew said they were bringing them back, after not having them last year. Regardless that's why I'll be spending more time down at cannonsburg
