Transworld Snowboarding no longer

Coming after the buyout of their parent company TEN, they probably won’t be the last :/

At least NS is an all digital company already so fingers crossed we gon be good

We are good my dude, the new parent company have been owners for a month now.

Usually things completely fall apart right around the 9th month if not “taken care of” properly.
 
That's a bummer. I subscribed to ride bmx for years, and transworld snow at different point for 3-5 years. I stopped because I wasn't reading them as much anymore. Probably the same for a lot of people. Still a bummer though.

Something classic about scrolling through a physical mag and seeing the pictures, reading the articles, etc. Online will never replace that. I get getting rid of print, because the money isn't there, but online mags are just meh. I read a lot of the articles still but it doesn't have that feel.

Damn, Transworld mags are what got me more interested in skiing around 2012/13. Saw the sweet urban and Backcountry pics, but the snowboarders in my middle school were assholes and I wanted to show them up at the hill. Good times.
 
i hear Transworld was bought out by a San Francisco activist group trying to get bathroom rights, apparently now that its just Transworld they are gonna be the hustler or playboy of ladyboys
