It is unnatural for someone to be trans or even gay. Nature did not intend for that to ever be the case. Even if it's genetic, it's would be a genetic error. Every gay or trans person is unnatural.

Which is dope, being average is overrated.

But unnatural is still unnatural.

Is it just me or has NSG become too politically correct these days. Any time someone says something that might offend a minority it seems like orange names, purple names and green names come in and do the stern finger waggle synonymous with "I am a higher ranking member and disagree with your viewpoint/find it offensive so I am going to try to shame you". It's called the benefit of the doubt. After reading news and medical reports that there isn't enough scientific evidence to rule that it is a mental disorder so I give the benefit that it isn't.

If you knew anything about darwin's theory of evolution you would not be calling it a 'genetic error', genetic mutation occurs spontaneously and traits which are seemingly irrelevant are present in all species. The fact that same-sex attraction occurs in multiple species of today would suggest that it isn't hindering.

I happen to have studied the shit out of it!

It's an interesting question, because almost any other genetic mutation is either helpful or hurtful in an organism, and the helpful traits are added over generations and hundreds of thousands of mutations. However, being gay can't be passed down (based on our studies) and that's why im hesitant to call it an outright genetic mutation, there's no evidence of a genetic trail. Being gay might have 0 to do with genetics, we don't really know well enough to draw any conclusions.

What we do know is that nature has developed a complex reproductive system in mammals, and specifically humans, that is designed to work a certain way. Gay people don't have the natural need to reproduce, their sex drive has been adjusted to have 0 interest in the reproductive element of sex. That's an error, and not necessarily a mutation. From a species standpoint, no, it probably doesn't hinder our chances for survival, but it also doesn't help. Straight sex does, at a fundamental level.

Nothing wrong with being gay from a moral standpoint, from a natural perspective, there's definitely something going wrong.

Yeah that can be an issue, "nature" is just a placeholder we use for "the universe and all of its mechanics that we can't control".

But, we can say objectively that reproduction and natural selection follow a pattern across all observed mammals, and gay people break that pattern. Maybe "nature" has a reason for breaking that pattern, but it violates our observations for how the world should work.

Honestly i'd love to see some legitimate, non-biased, positively or negatively on human homosexuality. It's a pretty curious element of sexuality that we have no real understanding of. Maybe in the future we'll discover we all have some set of gene's that can make us gay, or its an evolutionary positive to have a percentage of the population be gay, but as of right now, looking at what we know based on scientific observation, being gay does not fit with the rest of how nature "chooses" to work. It's an anomaly.

But don't think I'm saying that's a bad thing in any way, we need less human babies running around needing things like food.

I said Darwin came up with the theory of natural selection to support the previously constructed theory of evolution. It was technically called "The Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection." Evolution is a process, not even unique to life, we can even observe it in oil molecules in water. Natural selection is a unique mechanism that enables evolution. Some religious people believe in divine intervention, which would be a different mechanism that would still support evolution. They are also idiots.

But they really aren't the same thing.
