Transfering a 250mb file

so here is the deal i need to transfer a 250mb movie file from this kids comp to mine (he lives far away) what would be the best way?

i was thinking of hosting it on a site but i donno any good sites for that another though was over msn or gmail what do you guys think would be the best way?

probably share the file on some filesharing prog, like limewire or bittorrent. if youve never heard of bittorrent, go with limewire. if you have, azeurus, and then seed the file, give him a link to the torrent, and it'l work.
