Yeah I could only do fronts for about 2 years, then yesterday I got lincolns down, then I threw one wrong today and realised I could backflip. Byt the end of the day I could pull sketchy rodeo 5s
i can do both on the trampoline. i would say the backflip is much easier. Lincolns are easy for me you. just gotta get comfortable hucking your body in a weird direction.
Backs are some easy shiz, i wanna get to a gym and try double fronts/backs on their nice tramp. my tramp is too beaten up to be safe enuff to try. I'd flip outta the tramp again.
