just get netting and padding around it. i know it sounds stupid, but the last thing you wanna do is hurt yourself not skiing

they say i got stupid when i hit my head

padding come with it unless you are talking about on the ground. but there has been only twice when someone has gone off the trampoline and that is because me (180lbs) hit my little brother in mid air and he is about 90lbs and he soared hit the tramp and bounced off. both times. hasnt broken a bone on the trampoline

i've fallen off a few times, never really got hurt though...landed on my side once, that kinda hurt for a while

If you ever catch on fire, don't look in the mirror, cause I bet that would really throw you into a panic!

carefull of your ankles, usualy circle tramps are ok but if you get a rectangle fuck watch out those things can rip tendons left and right

damn i want a trampolin sooo bad....my friend has one at his dads, and they dug a huge ass hole under the net, so when your standing on it, your almost parallel with the ground, its cool, cause if you fall, its no that far to the ground

if it were easy it would be called snowboarding - K2

enick what are you talking about. if you are almost parallel to the ground what angle is the trampoline on?? do you mean you that you are almost level with the ground??

Where i come from the drinking age is 15. if you havent started by then what the fuck is wrong with you

how would a circle trampoline not hurt your ankles and a rectangular not their the same thing just different shapes i have a rectangular and my ankles are fine

When I was younger I fell off the back of the tramp attempting a back flip and broke my arm in three places. After that my dad dug a large hole so when I fell it wouldn't be that far. It works really well and is a lot safer.

ok, heres the deal: A 14 foot trampoline would be fine for learning tricks. But making ski to use on the tramp is tough. So you probably shouldnt even try to make skis.

i want to dig a hole out for my tramp because there are no pads and nothing on it because i got it for free from some friends when they moved out of their old house (after completely trashing it), but i'd get my throat slit if i even walked around the yard with a shovel. people think it 'doesn't look nice'

I just got a 15' tramp 3 days ago! It's soo sick! We got one with sides and nets which is cool cause you never have to worry about falling out or anything. It would be sweet to dig it into the ground though that way you could run right onto it.

wow, there are a ot of people wiht holes undr your tramp, and hte guy asking this have u never been on a tramp before??? obvioulsy they are good for learing tricsk, and u dont need a whole, and nets ae so gay, u get hurt more easily by cathcing your feet in them, but yah, i deff say get a tramp, but dont bother putting a whole under it, just dont fall off

i don't think tramps are that good for training because no jump has a flat take off and in skiing you are going forward. but htey are still fun.

if you get a circle trampoline build a spot about 5 feet ubove the tramp so you can get more air.

a lot of circle tramps suck. especially the Jump King brand

he means that the tamp is dug into teh ground so that the top is parellel with the ground, it is awesome , my friend has his like that not as far to fall

yeh how much do tramps really help for skiing? i've been thinking about getting one forever but i don't know how beneficial it really is?

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.

skis on tramps are almost impossible. Just buys some leg weights an use those to simulate the skis. Then jump and try flips and shit.

i got a 14 foot tramp and its so dope, not much use for actuall ski training, but works wonders when you want to start learning a trick, such as backflips or cork 7s and shit

in my exsperiance round tramps never had the kick that rectangle ones have if you don't land center. i ended up getting kicked out from under a misty 5 up at highnorth tore my ankle 2 days in to camp and couldent ski the rest of the week.

Im thinking about taping my shoes to two old skateboards. 14 feet is a good size just to bounce but I've never tried it with skis.

we jsut got a tramp like 4 days ago, and before i would never do anything off of jumps except jump. and i guess i had a fear of being off the ground. but i hope the tramp helps me get used to jugding air time and stuff. Or even just getting me comfortable with it will help next season on jumps.

Trampoline is so cool, I can take my skateboard on it, I also take a plasic snow wich I tape shoes on it, it's so nice. For ski, I took an old pair of ski wich I put a lot of tape on each side. It's pretty hard to do some hugh trick but you can increase your air felling. On skis, I can do 540 and grabs, on snowboard, I can flip but it's fucking dangerous, I fell off the trampoline a day and it hurts..

I was giving trapoline courses on a gymnastic trampoline, the trampoline cost 4000 $ and a guy had pass through it after doing a double back. The guy didn't hurt so much but we had to change the fabric
