Trampoline Training Is Dangerous. BEWARE

my friend tried doing a double front today.. he landed on his back, kinda but he also landed on his neck and we heard this huge crack.. he started flipping out for like a couple minutes like going crazy and it was pretty scary.. he was alright though
 
oh god. it looks like his foot isn't even attached. that is the gnarliest thing i've seen in a while, besides guerilla stenches pictures.

best wishes on him trying to recover from that, that could be the most disturbing thing ive seen. His ankle was pretty much amputated.
 
ok i was expecting to read some story of urs and braced my self into seeing a screen full of writing then BAM. wow. i mean woh. like uhhhhh damn. thats gotta be painful.

i was lucky when i did mine it didnt pierce the skin. leg was still at a right angle.
