I've got a question for anyone that uses a trampoline. There's a pain in my left lower back that gets worse every time a bounce. I've never landed on my head or anything and I've never had a back problem before. My brother has this same problem as well as two other people I know.

This happen to anyone else?

you probably either jarred a disc or pulled a muscle. is the pain in a muscle or is it deeper? have you stopped tramping around for like, a week? ice it

guy at SkiShop SC to me: "Why is there sand in your bindings?"

"If you're alive, I probably hate you."

its most likely from landing awkardly you should strech and stop tramping for a while its also a good idea to do a good core rutine because your stomack and back muscles are probly not as strong as they should be. i used to have thaqt problem and still do from time to time just from landing a little wierd.

Its called Tramp back, i get it all the time, so dosnt a couple of my other freinds, one of my freinds went to a chiropracter to fix his tramp back, it takes a long time to heal. Its from the pressure of the tramp on your back. Try icing it.

you broke the rules, now im gonna pull out all your pubic hairs.
