Trampoline cork 7 help?

I would post in the cult but its dead,, whenever I cork I level out at my ass after I rotate the full trick, I can't get my feet under me.
 
It might be easier to see what you're doing wrong with a video. Try throwing half a misty to land on your back. Then do the same thing but with a 180 right before. Do that a few times and then try it with a bit more air. That's how I learned them.
 
I learned them by doing sth like a cork 5 to my back and then finish the rotation from there. By the time just go higher and/or spn faster. Thats how I got them. Although I broke my tibula and fibula like a week after it, after I landed one on my feet and my body kept spinning. From that time on I havent tried to do them again...
 
Keep your chin tucked and your head turned. For me that directs my body back upright.

And Malcolm's advice was good: post video.
 
their not that hard to do if you know the right spell. first thing your gonna do is do a blood sacrifice of your dog then summon satan and sell him your soul in exchange for the ability to cork 7.
 
know that you will be spinning backwards. i started doing them by spinning 180 and landing on my stomach, did that a bunch of times to get the rotation down and then take it to your back, jump a little higher and throw that spin and you should be able to see the landing. what helps me slow down is throwing a safety grab halfway through, it will slow you down and you can watch the whole thing come around.

You can do a 360 down to your back (basically at 180 you're going to be facing backwards and your stomach is going to be facing the bed of the trampoline). The whole idea there is to get the right motion (backwards and over your shoulder, not forwards like a misty!). Once you can comfortably do that, you take the same motion, slightly harder with a bigger bounce and suck your knees into your chest. This changes your center of gravity and corks you out. Open up and you have a cork 7.
 
Punch your hand like you're going to reach into your back pocket, i.e if you spin left, punch your right hand like you want to reach around your left side and grab something out of your right back pocket. The opposite for right side spins. Then just have your body follow your punch and it'll come around. Also, watch videos of pros doing dub cork 10s and 12s and try to copy the way they punch their arm backward. I honestly learned how to cork 7 just by imitating the motion sammy carlson does when he starts a dub 10.
 
when you set the trick, be sure to really twist your upper torso (harder than you think youd need to at first). when you twist it, imagine almost throwing your chest down towards the trampoline. keep your rotation going and when youre at 360 you should be almost completely horizontal to the ground. keep the rotation going, open your shoulders, and spot the landing. anything past 360 seems to almost come around by itself, at least imo

this is how I learned. also once you get it down, the floaty trick he throws at 30 seconds is super fun to go HUGE on hahaha
 
Yup that's exactly what I meant. They're so much easier to understand once they're broken down like that.
 
jump

land on back

now jump, 180, and land on your stomach with your head pointed backwards of how you started

now jump, do a 180 like before, but right before you land on your stomach, pull it around so you land on your back like you initially did.

now jump, do the 180 and spot the ground, and PULL HARD for the 7 and it should come around
