Tramp Lincoln loops

I grab japan when doing linc's on a tramp, helps set the flip and keeps you in reasonable form.

Fixing your eyes on a point in the middle-distance is also key to stop you going off-axis.

The other thing is try not to jump sideways, you want your centre of gravity to spin around a point on a line straight up and down of where you're bouncing. A lot of people, when learning Lincoln's on a tramp, get a huge sideways launch on which results in some very unhappy landings.

Staring at one spot is really good to learn them but pick one thats eye level or a little higher, if its too low you will lean forward and jump forward while flipping. Also they're a weird trick, once i learnt them on snow i lost them on tram so don't worry if you can't get them on tramp

Thing that helped me the most in learning them is just locking in that inside foot safety grab. Make sure to get some height, pop and wait a second to start rotating. They are one of the easiest tramp tricks to land once you have them down.

You can move your head up and down, and shoulder to shoulder, but don't rotate it like you're looking left and right. That'll throw you off.

When you jump try to make your ear touch your shoulder in the direction you want to flip while tucking and sighting an object in front of you, like what was mentioned above, that's what helped me the most.

I learned by doing cart wheels and slowly bringing my hands away. eventually it turns into a pretty good lincoln loop

1) Get consistant jump height on trampoline

2) once you have got consistant height wait to highest point of the jump

3) once u have reached the heighest point of the jump throw ethier your right or left hand (which ever one u most comfortable) down and under as u tuck your self into a ball

4) once rotation has completed extend legs and absorbed impact

practice them by doing half lincoln back drops and rotate them off your back to your feet. when your comfortable jump nice and high and huck it

I learned basically this way. You can break it down even more if you want:

1. Jump onto your side.

2. Jump onto your back

3. Jump over your back onto your other side

4. huck

5. ?????

6. Profit
