has anyone else used this to ask questions.. they are actually quite helpful ..contradting what I originally thought. I would love to get paid to answer qeustions about skiing.
I work there doing LiveHelp from September - May and it's a great job. It's a cool company, and good way to help customers. And about the Line Skis Warranty... Sorry. IF you tell them exactly that I'm sure they could get it done.
they are helpful, but somewhat bs their way into wanting you to buy their products.
i asked him reg. breaks would fit my 84 mm thalls, they said no i'd have to get a wide brake. asked if they had them they said no, in a few weeks. month later still no wide breaks
well i asked again today, and got mixed answers. about how they wont have new brakes in, and that i'd have to have a shop bend my brakes. which is not true
