Trainings? Ok or Not?

It doesn't matter if you ''train'' or don't train, just do whatever the fuck you want. I thought that's the point of freeskiing.

I don't like it when skiing is structured into training like in your video, it's way too serious. You should just go out and have fun and do whatever tricks you want.

IMO if your not training for the Olympics or the x-games then i think it just takes away from the whole point of skiing.

Our trainings are most random thing ever and we do what ever we do want, coaches just helps us, we dont take it serious and we have fun=)

And just admit, you made this thread to get more views on your videos. What a shameless self-promotion

if you have the opportunity to get to the mountain enough to be able to train it like any other sport than thats sick and you should defiantly get as much help as you can

The best way to train is to go ski with someone who is nearly equal in skill level and then push each other to get better. Nothing formal, just do what you want to do.

Why wouldn't you train? Doesn't everyone do it? It doesn't have to be hitting the gym and working up a sweat everyday, but I would call jumping on a trampoline, biking, longboarding, or slacklining training.. anything that helps balance or air awareness.

Can I ask why?

Everything I've done in my life I've taken seriously, I'm not an intense person, but I just don't like sitting around and doing nothing. I feel like there's always something I can do to get better at the sports I play, whether it be golf, hockey, or skiing. I don't do it because I want to win comps or show up people on the course, rink, or hill, I do it because there is no better feeling in the world than progressing at something you like to do. So if it takes a few hours of biking a week and spending some time running and jumping on a tramp, I'll do it because I want to do whatever I can to get that feeling of landing a new trick next season. It keeps me going.

I try to be like everyday in mountain and im training second season so far so i think trainings has helped me alot=)
