Training question

Allright, for a phys ed project, I have to build a training program, but also foreshadow the results from week to week. I got the muscular part nailed down, but cardio... not so sure. So if i was to run 40min 2 to 4 times a week, approximately how many kilometers (or miles), would I run in those 40 min (I'm in decent shape) and how many metres, feet, miles, wtv, would I be able to run more each time, if I keep the time to 40 min ? thank you, +++karma for answers

you could do 6 miles in 40min. about 6.5 if youre doing 6 min miles which is fine for training

I usually do a slow run at the end of my workout and i get about 6.2 km done, start on 7km/h then 7.5 after 2mins n then put it up .5 km every 5mins n do a little sprint at the end. I'm not trying to go hard or anything but its a format that works well for me just adjust it to however fast you want to go.
