Do you? I started running, would be thankful for your experience, advices. Also need new pair of trail boots.I want to buy Salomon speedcross 3. What you think?..Or should I gtfo to TGR?

Trail running is definitely under rated by most people. I mountain bike most days but a good run every once and awhile really clears the mind. Very therapeutic

I'm a competitive runner and I love trail running great to get of the roads every now and then. I run Sauconys and I always will. Speed cross are fine whatever. BUY WHAT FEELS GOOD ON YOUR FEET. Not even saying it's you but so many runners buy by brand or reviews try them on and buy what feels best. What feels good in the store feels good on the road.

Just go to a running store and buy shoes there. It is very similar to boot fitting except less technical.

Make sure your hips and glutes are strong if you're going to get super into it. When I started getting more into trail running I ended up having to stop for a bit due to knee pain and I think weak hips/glutes were the main cause.

I hate running. If I do it, its gonna be on a trail, or on a treadmill where I can watch something cool and blast music. If I am out on a trail, I hope I am on my bike, though!

I love running but its been 5 years since I could do it. My knees were kinda shit so i didnt run much then i broke my brain spring 12 and 14. Havent run since. Thinking of trying to run a mile and see if my brain can handle it.

I just power hike instead now.

i ran crosscountry and i ran in asics and hokas. just dont use the same shoes for over a year if you’re running alot because it will cause shin splints
