Trade 189 Brand New K2 Hellbents for New 179 Hellbents

I have a pair of brand new 189 Hellbents never mounted but I want the 179's. Anyone out their in the the opposite boat?

I got them from k2 and they only had the 189's available. So I just grabbed it while I could

Just curious. What was the proform on the Hellbents?

i know a kid who got them for $275. well i dont know him. i know of him. He was claiming it when i picked up my skis from getting mounted

They're quit a bit more than that.

i would suggest skiing on them because they ski shorter than they are and if you still dont like them you definitley wouldnt have a problem selling them

im pretty sure K2's ski longer. Like by 5cm or something like that on the Helbents

I think he was talking about how they ski, not how they measure. Twins will ski short, and I'd assume a rockered ski would ride even shorter.

ya thats what i ment because its rockered so there is less contact between the edges and the snow

Yup, im gonna have to say after the sick pow weekend at ALta the 189's are the way to go. Big ski but very manuverable
