Track?

track is the shittt. I do jumps/hurdles.. triple jump is my best

TJ- 46' 10.25"

LJ- 21'

HJ- 6'

110 hh- 14.8

I love track so much that I even (GASP) sacrifice some skiing time for indoor track.

track ended for me after highschool because my college does not have it, but come spring i am getting ready for XC in the fall,

2:04 800

thats pretty legit

last year i ran a 2:15 800 but im in denver so weve got the whole altitude thing unles your here too then i jsut suck

my best mile is 5:40 but last year i broke my leg in the beginning of the season so it kinda sucked. the only 400 time i remember getting is 63 seconds nothign too great

I got recruited for Track becasue i got 6'2" on the high jump in gym last year. I want gonna join but i have alota problems w/ the Lax coach so i desided to get my legs built for skiing. Track is a bitch tho, ive never sprinted so fucking much.

i was a sprinter and a jumper in high school, my times and distances are nowhere near good enough for big ten athletics though.

100 - 11.3

200 - 23.9

HJ - 5'10"

and i ran some relay legs too. qualified for regionals a couple times.

tennis...doesnt look hard but i had to once play in a tourney in a heat index of 110 with no shade and i play 3 back to back matches and that was about 60 games in 9 hrs

Yeah Im on a University track team but im injured right now so im no good. Im still kinda adpapting to the high milage and a what not so my time schould drop by allot.

800m 2:02.01

1500m 4:18.14

3000m 9:30.5

1500msteeplechase 4:37

2000m steeplechase 6:33

3000m steeplchase 10:40

I've ran pritty shitty the last couple of season Im hoping to kill my times this year with the amount of trainning ive done. If not well peace out to track

holy crap... i get like 40 in the triple and im competetive around my area.. the state champ gets like 45 max...

so mad props..tahts good

Wow...some of you have some pretty sweet times....lets see, here are a few of mine:

400 (ran this one time) - 56.2 (hoping for 53 this year)

800 - 2:10, hoping for 2:05 this year

1600 - 4:48, hoping for under 4:40

3200 - mid 10's, hoping for low 10's

My track times aren't that great, I put in over 300 miles this last summer and was doing 50 miles a week to train for Cross Country and track, I was hoping to go under 16:30 in the 5k....And then I over trained and I stress fractured both of my femurs and I just started training one month ago...After like 5 months off, all that training gone to waste...I was fucking pissed, so hopefully this year will be good.

thanks.. I'm from NJ so we have some reallly good kids, the best this winter jumped 48', but I plan on beating him in the spring (well at least I hope hahah), and last spring this dude set the state record at 49'9". He was crazy good, he also long jumped 23'10", and ran the 400 hurdles in 52 seconds

the funny thing was, he didn't even win the NJ state title. This kid who I raced in high hurdles (he killed me) ran 50.8 in 400 hurdles. Absolutely insane. He was an all american, enough said

50, thats nuts. I train with a guy that does 52 for the 400m hurdles when he was in highschool. But I think he's switching to the 800m.

That guy that runs a 50.8 mustbe onthe national junior or youth team because thats insane.

o man thats ill those were my exact same prs freshman yr...

soph track yr i did 4:53 in the mile and 10:28 in the 2 mile, and then 16:47 during xc

I do track long distance,we go without a coach on runs wich ends up being a walk to the commons just hanging out with people. this year it is a new coach so i dont know if it will be the same.
