Hi Guys,

After working on getting skis from Line for 3 months now they have finnaly got them in the country and on their way to www.untracked.com

All of you with orders (Except for Bacon's, Elizabeth's and Fly 90's) were billed today so that when the skis show up in the morning we can pack and ship. All of you West of the Mississippi we are shipping them Express so that you will have them in time for Thanksgiving. Everone East will get them in 2-3 days FedEx Ground.

All of you who order skis tonight (Only 5 pair of 171cm Invaders left) that will be in stock tomorrow your orders will ship out tomorrow. All sizes of the following will be in stock.

Prophet 80, Prophet 90, Prophet 100 (Sold out of 179cm), Prophet 130, Invaders, Chronic, Chronic Blend, Shadows, and Celebrity (no 165cm yet).

Here is the link to the FedEx tracking numbers so you can see when we get the skis. We are a large Fedex account and they are sending a Ground truck over to the Express Facility to pick up our 47 cases of Line @ 8am and bringing it straight to us so we can get them back out to all of you.

Just trying to get you guys your skis. You do not know the days and nights I have put in working on this for you guys. We feel your pain and want to keep the newschoolers of the world the most informed customer out there. I am stoked that my 179cm Prphet 90's already came in.

 
yeah i just ordered some blends im so pumped they come monday might take them for a few turns on thanksgiving if there is legit cover on okemo or killy
 
Since we had put our order in back in January for the '07 skis and our order was one of the if not the largest we were shipped our product first. I would think your shop should have their skis hopefully next week, but we were the most proactive shop in getting our skis so we will have them first to ship out. Your shop should know when they are getting them though and if they do not you should ask them again why they do not know.
 
I think they have a good amount of them in stock and they should be getting more of them soon. We sold though our Prophet 100's in 179cm already. We only have the 172cm and the 186cm left for the season. We do have last years in all sizes.
 
thanks for the update im stoked but itll still takle a whgile to mail em to bc canada you have any idea how long that might take?

Y'all are mounting bindings on my Line skis as well. When will an order with mounting ship out abouts?
 
The day your skis are in are the day they are mounted and shipped. I billed everything today that is scheduled to arrive in the morning so that I could put pull bindings, stickers, and hats for everyone that waited for so long. If your skis arrive tomorrow they will be mounted and shippe dout no problem tomorrow. We usually can still mount and ship out skis up until about 4pm EST when an order comes in so we are pretty effiecent when it comes to that. We are also shipping so that when the skis arrive tomorrow (most skis except Bacon's and Elizabeth's) that we can get them to you for before Thanksgiving. I talked to my FedEx Express driver and he has no problem picking up a couple hours later tomorow night for us instead of his normal time at 3:30/4. Our Ground driver comes by around 6 as well so we have more than enough time to mount, pack, ship all orders.
 
Plane just got grounded due to weather. Once we know they are off the ground again we are going to drive our truck to the terminal and load it directly so we can still get everything out. Lets hope thsi East Coast storm goes away................... NOW
 
Who knows what is happening with them, this is the message I got the other day from CS.

"The factory will ship butter 160, mip 170 and 1st blood on the 16th. The rest will ship as ready between 11/26-12/17. I know it's later than expected and I apologize, but it is what it is. I'll let you know if anything changes.

They have to come in the states and then ship out from there to shops and then out to customers. They have had the worst customer service of all companies that I have worked with this year.

 
does anyone know why the bacons and elizabeths are being delayed in shipping? also does anyone know when they are expected to ship?
 
Yes, The skis are being made as we speak and should ship from China to the US probably the week after Thanksgiving, and to shops for the first to 2nd week of December.

Packing orders, they are almost all shipped out except we are short on a few pair of 171cm that we expect will show up on Monday since our plane was in scrambles with the storm and not everything got on it.
