I don't see the irony. Gonna go out on a limb and say it wasn't a brake failure, if that is what is being referred to.

Stop with all of this "TOYOTA = DEATH TRAP ACCELERATOR PEDAL OMGG!"

He was driving a lexus LFA.
RIP

shows how much people actually pay attention to the article. all you really have to do is look at the picture.

i own a toyota. completely safe. accidents happen though, and this proves it. This man made a living out of driving cars, and 1 slip up or problem mau have been what killed him

not all toyotas are bad, my mom has a Camry that has been the nicest no-nonsense car she has ever had. If you have the right model they can be amazing super reliable cars

what?
ohh. I see. Tricky there.
I realize lexus is a toyota brand.
Use your fucking head and realize that the lfa is one of the most technologically advanced and researched (approx 10 years) cars on the road today. The crash was 99.9% caused by the curve in the road/fact that each car involved was a performance car and therefore probably moving quite quickly.
But it's ok. Because of a few retards who couldn't throw their cars into neutral/off and the subsequent media shitstorm I guess it's valid for you to believe that every one of Toyota's millions of (excellent) cars are rolling deathtraps.
