yea like is there any like 15-20 away that the living prices will go down a lil and still be in a respectable distace from keyston breck and all that fun stuff?

Price is not the issue. You just can't even find a place to live period at any price.

 
I lived in Placer Valley last year. For the love of god do not live in Alma/Placer Valley. You have to drink about half a handle a day just to get by.
 
anyone know anything about renting anything in alma or whatever please drop me a line...... where to find out whats getting rented where for how much and so on... im not even in the state so its kinda hard to know where to look ....
 
That is without question a scam. Have you ever heard of "indefinite" rent control? pets ok? parties ok and smoking ok and all utilities paid for, all for a grand? give me a break. It's either one of two things. A massive dump or completely bullshit...I'm going with the latter.
