Touring Set Up

Whassup guys, I'm looking to invest in a touring set up this summer and I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice for me? I'm riding 172 Line Blends at the moment but I'd love a more directional, charging ski. Ideally, I know it's not ideal, I'd want to be buying from Salomon, Rossi or Atomic. Also, I read about the new Salomon Guardian bindings, any feedback on them? Cheers
