dont do that. theyre heavy, and dont perform well at all. your strides are so wiggity wack with those. on a pair of touring bindings, they make them so your strides are easier. as far as hucking and all that goes, the Freerides put up to alot of abuse. alot. i havnt ridden or known anyone at my resort to ride the new NAXOs, but they seem extremely sturdy. but yea, the freerides i know for a fact put up to alot of shit. your trekkers are gonna be heavy and are just a pain in the ass. your goign to get alot more out of your money and alot more ease and fun for your money if you buy a sturdy AT binding.
