All i know is that his website was taken down like to years ago. RIP if he died in a car crash. No one can scream BOB SAGET now and make it funny. I should make him my icon with a rasta hat!
 
Set up or not, the Tourette's Guy has said some of the most ridiculous shit the internet has ever seen, and for that, I thank him.
 
I suffered from tourettes as a child. I still found him kind of funny, but he doe give people an improper impression. About 10 percent of people with tourettes have the tic where they verbally emit obscenities. My only verbal tic I ever had was whistling.

tourettes guy is so funny. of course its set up. he only yells when something happens not randomly but its still funny as hell

 
It is fake, it is an actor and his family making fun of tourettes, I did a research project on tourettes and it is nothing like that guy.
