i was doing a three today, and somehow my knee hit my jaw, and i bit my tounge real hard. it hurts a whole lot. is there a good remedy to make it feel better?

Did you bite the sides of your tongue off? Cause I almost did, they had to stitch the sides of my tongue pretty much back on.... wear mouthguard after your tongue heals up if you don't want it to happen again, that's what I do.

i cant wear mouthguards-i tried when i first got braces & i couldnt breathe & spit went everywhere.

i bit my tongue hard enough to make it bleed quite a bit, but never right through (owwwww!)

anyway, suck on ice and/or use a mouthwash with anasthetic. the mouthwash will hurt like a bitch for about 30 seconds bt then ur mouth will go numb.
