Total gaper if I get a Nikita jacket?

It's that time of year for new threads and there's a nikita (girls boarding brand) jacket thats bangin! It only says Nikita pretty small on the arm, but I feel like I would be a total gaper for wearing Nikita since im a big time skier.... What are your thoughts?

Do any girls know some killer coats out this season?
 
so you're afraid of looking like a gaper because you're wearing a snowboarding jacket?cuz it's really no big deal, i bet at least a third of ns has either a snowboarding jacket or pants.
 
I wouldnt worry about it, my friend wears a technine jacket and I bet alot of newschoolers wears snowboarding pants and what not.
 
who the fuck cares? it is outerwear so stop being so damned concerned what logo is on it. if it REALLY bothers you cover it up
 
what about when boarders rep saga?

also there was a 14 year old boy last year at mt snow with a nikita jacket. thats pretty gaper if you ask me.
 
I can't say i have ever seen a snowboarder wear Saga, LDC, Trew, Orage, Siver, Armada or any other ski company brands but I know tons of skiers that wear snowboard outerwear. Even I wear special blend, which is owned by forum, which is owned by burton.

Idk how i know that, but my friend is an Anakie womens outerwear rep, they have some fresh clothes for honeydips.
 
Agreed. I was looking into a Nikita coat but I did get something different. Sick jackets though. But I ride with a ton of skiers who kill it a rock boarding outerwear. I say go for it if you like it. A jacket to look into is the Purple / Blue Oakley Air Raid. Tight jacket in my opinion and I haven't seen anybody sporting that style yet. That is if you want something different. But I say go with what you want girly! Don't worry about other people.
 
if tom wallisch wears a walmart jacket he is a gaper?

Actually, lots of people give a shit. Thats why there are so many different outerwear companies. Theres no way your ever gonnu get rich in the industry if you dont think people are loyal to certain brands.

Word Dawg I appreciate the heads up and totally forgot I was trying to "Get Rich" in the ski attire industry- wow, I know i was beating a dead horse but how self-conscious can you people get just let your skiing do the talking. Half the people on this site that simply talk about having the "coolest gear" and can't even slide a rail no one gives a shit what gear you have

Just one second buddy. I don't care that your not trying to get rich in the ski industry, plus Im glad your not. You made yourself a lightening rod bcoz you sought attention with your caps lock and fucks and shits. Lots of people give a shit. Your just being ignorant. Thats why there are outerwear companies, bcoz people will keep buying outerwear. And Im not going to type that again. Yeah my roommate is sponsored by Nikita and she's a skier...I don't think they support the skiing side of the industry a whole ton, but all the gear looks nice.
