Torrent client for Mac?

So I just got my first Mac today and I need a good Torrent client. I've always used uTorrent but that's PC only. I tried Azureus once but it ran really slowly (that was a very old PC). Any recommendations?

Yeah transmission is great really small compact program, does only what you need it to do. get it!

i'm assuming you already have limewire, so just use that.

drag the torrent into limewire.

Ehhh, silly question maybe: Limewire is a Torrent client now? As well as being the horrible program it used to be, or instead of?

I use vuze on my mac works great.

Its a torrent client aswell. you just drag it into limewire, and it works.

i use azeureus/vuze and with a torrent with a good seed/leach ratio i usually get around 300kb/s and thats with a bad NAT/firewall, so IMO its pretty good

Ok, so I got Transmission and it's working well. Nice and simple.

Transmission is super legit. Acquisition (sorta like limewire) does torrents too.

i used acquisition to download first last night
