Torin Yater-Wallace

The ONLY thing Torin had goin for him was his smoothness. He didnt rotate as much as dumont. He didnt grab as much, and when he did grab it wasnt very convincing. He didnt go as big as Dumont. Finally, the judges only gave him such a good score because he is young: not a reason to give someone a silver medal!!
 
dumont is in his like 7th year of this event and has won gold a number of times. he's probably not gonna be as stoked as a 15 year old who's competing with his idols. Besides Dumont was bummed because he thought he deserved to win, not pouting like a baby. But im sure you've never been angry when felt you did something better than someone and they got rewarded better than you. That being said Dumont could have played his disapprovement with the results off a little better but what ever. Torin did kill it though and it was nice to see someone so stoked just to be there.

agreed. while everyone bitches and says dumont is being a little bitch for whining, he clearly had a far better run and got shafted because torin is 15. torin deserved 3rd. while its awesome that torin had such a good attitude, all of you people saying your happy that he beat dumont because he had a good attitude, thats bullshit. thats like saying the steelers should have won the super bowl because you like their attitude better. its the X-games, and it should be attitude and age unbiased. the guy with the best run should win, not the guy that is the most stoked.
 
ok i this is really annoying having to keep listening to this x games is the top event in freestyle skiing correct?

xgames for skiers is like the superbowl or the word series.

when the steelers lost the superbowl this year did you see them hopping around smiliing giving high fives to the packers, no most if not all of them were crying.

simon dumont just like football players, baseball players, and soccer players is a professional athlete and has every right to be mad that he didn't win especially since his run was better than Torin's
