Spring is here, that means sun. Sun means stopping for a quick snack.

Whats the best snacks to take on the hill?

beef jerky, dried fruit, gummy worms. duh.

i usually have fries and chicken stips in my pocket though.

Trail mix is always a good thing to keep in your pocket at all times, you never know when your lift ride could turn into the movie Frozen

i went for a 7 hour tour yesterday, and i could fit all of my food into a 750ml bottle. it was also slightly hydrating. 500mls of whipping cream, 60g goat milk protein powder, 20g bovine colostrum, and a few different supplements like l-tyrosine, creatine, ALCAR, taurine, and beta alanine.

rough estimations here but the macros would be around, 195g fat, 40g protein,

I don't understand how the chairlift closing could cause your sister to run off turning your entire kingdom into a perpetual winter where the only way to stop it is to join forces with a comedic snowman, reindeer, and woodsman.

But yes I agree snacks are a must

tangerine in the pocket is the play. it's prepackaged by nature and the peel can just be tossed anywhere.

In my backpack, I carry a bottle of wine (+ plastic cups), quarter wheel of cheese (normally beaufort, comte or tomme), a baguette and a local ham.

Because I'm in France and I don't give a fuck about weight.
