2pac was not nearly as lyrically inclined as the other rappers on your list, and he released so much music that missed. He's more of a figure of society than a rapper imho. Still makes a top 15 list though.

I agree lyrically that he can't stand up to say a Nas but the man changed the game and his message still holds true today.
 
RZA, both in terms of lyrics and producing especially. His beats are in a different realm.
