Too many stickies in Ski Equipment!

There are way too many stickies in ski equipment when you can only view 5 threads. Only the Buy/Sell rules should be sticky, if people want to know how to go about buying boots, search for it!
 
To be honest, Ski Equipment isn't even supposed to be a buy/sell forum so much if you ask me. it just sort of became one.

I'm pulling for a seperate ski equipment and a seperate equipment traders forum.
 
yes. that sounds really cool.

We do need to separate ski equipment from buy/sell/trade.

That's being done though, right? for the new site?
 
I have been saying since the day we could recommend things that SKI EQUIPMENT FORUM SHOULD BE SEPERATED INTO THREE CATEGORIES:

Reviews, Ski Equip Discussion, Classifieds...

that way the site is utilized more
 
If they took them down people would complain about thread repetition so just let it be. Fact is most people wont search for that anyways, they wont see it at all if its not at the top of the page.
 
there are currently 5 stickies, 3 of them can be combined, and the ski boot thing could be deleted. i think the good buyer/seller list should be kept too, unless a new section is created for ski swap where it can be moved.
 
Keep the boot fitting thing.

It's a VERY good, informative write-up, that needs to be seen by more people.
 
the good buyer/seller list should definitely be kept..only issue i find with that though is that its sort of difficult and time consuming to go searching through everything for a member
 
Open the list, press CTRL + F, and type in the username you are looking for.

No longer will it be time consuming.
 
Naw, we really don't make much money off of that. Its supposed to be more for you guys so that there's an option that is guaranteed instead of just trusting people. So really whatever you guys want is fine with us... whole idea behind gear swap is that they take the hit if its a ripoff.

 
i suggested that once but a bunch of people got pissed at me cuz they said shit like "you honestly didnt think this has been thought of before" soo i just gave up cuz everyone was being dicks
 
can we please get rid of all the stickies in that forum except the good/bad buyers and sellers thread. the rest is pretty much common sense
