Too good to be true?

I was recently browsing on Kijiji and noticed a t1i with a 18-55mm lens for $220...seems too good to be true? Or do i just not know what these cameras are worth?
 
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Doesn't hurt to contact but dont get your hopes up
 
It is kijiji, so assuming you would meet him to exchange, why not see for yourself? Has potential for a sick deal!
