Too big waist

Got these snow pants but the waist is way to big but they look sick, if I wear a belt with them they srunch up and the front fly falls low. They're pretty old so I'd be down for any modifications, thanks!
 
I have a pair like that. Usually I do my belt up super tight and then pull up as much slack as I can from the front of the pants and just have the front of my pants way higher than the rest. Looks dumb with out a jacket but works pretty well with something baggy on top. Definitely have to pull the front of the pants up every couple of runs though
 
i just sew two new belt loops on at the fly and then fold the extra material at the hips. you can also sew those folds if the pants are not super thick

step 1 : buy armada suspenders

step 2: tighten them

Wear tall ts that go further than the droop
 
take a shoelace and tie two of the belt hoops together. did that some time before i sewed the waist smaller. i just made some folds in the waist and sewed them together

Get bigger pants, and bigger belt. Boom now their fixed
