After X Games and the 3rd stop of the dew tour it is obvious that Tom Wallisch does not have the big tricks or the consistancy to push the sport of skiing any further. He has reached his peak and will slowly become an after-thought. Similar to Corey Vanular after the 2007 season. Thoughts?
 
stop making this stupid, pointless threads. he fell at dew tour and x games is one contest. he still kills urban harder than anyone and maybe instead of just lapping park like other guys hes out filming
 
He had 2 bad weekends IN A ROW (that's less than 12 days) and his career is now over.........And a few weeks before he had won a dew tour stop and finished second at the first one.What the fuck is wrong with you kids ?
 
my thoughts, you're a fucking idiot kid. people have bad days. get real. tom is really fucking good at skiing, and so are other people, he can get beat by other people who kill it just as hard as he does. fuck you. leave this website. stop trying to get a multi page thread...

I dont give a phuck whether he is the best competition rider or not. I will always be amazed by his steeze componant and his rail tricks. just because theres no way to fairly judge rails and that everyone has a hard on for bobby brown doesn't mean that Tom is going to become boring to watch. He is still a thug in my book, and just because he doesn't compete as well as the next guy doesnt mean shit

Did you see his part in refresh? Do you see the way this man destroys rails... the finland part in refresh where him and dadali tore shit apart? Oh yeah he's washed up alright... Dude has 2 bad comps back to back weekends and all of a sudden he falls off the map? Cmon dude tanners been out for a while, didnt compete in x or dew tour.. what is he? washed up? hahha im gonna keep it at this.

Didn't everyone have a hard on for Tom like 2 weeks ago? Every other thread was about how someone here wanted to lick his nuts. They're both the shit. That said... this thread is ridiculous.
 
I like this thread, the poster above is butthurt. Wallisch still slays and is more styliey than any skier out there imo on big tricks, but the level of park skiing is progressing so fast and so big that its turning into only a few guys game. Case in point, Brown, Sammy, Haetviet (tj) are always on the top 4 of dew tour. Thats because they do the biggest spins and biggest tricks. I would like to see (and I think everyone else would) the judges take into account style more so than difficulty (B-dog X games anyone?) Needless to say wallisch has some of the best tricks in the game but it just seems like those previously mentioned 3 are a half step ahead of him when it comes to big comps. But then again he could have just choked and I sound like a dumbass.
 
This is easily one of the most erroneous statements that I have ever read in these forums. And that is saying a hell of a lot.

Corey blew out 2 knee's in two season's, he didn't fall out you dumbfuck. He also is still killing it harder than ever, I skied with him at Momentum and he's still progressing like crazy.
 
ur a dipshit. tom kills it so hard, and if he had got his runs without washing out at x and dew tour, he coulda easily podiumed. point is he has the illest style out there IMO and kills rails harder than almost anyone. He has sick segments and sick sponsors, plus a hugenormous bag of tricks. and hes what like 22? plus hes 50 times better than u will ever be so stfu
