Tom Wallisch Lands A Triple?

Wait... Treadway... What on gods green earth just happened there...

I saw that add on TV, was kind of like woah but then I was like "oh it's just a dub 10 cut into a sw trip 14 safety."
 
Why didn't that shot make the film? I saw the premier in Boulder, people would have been going fucking ape.

Tom Wallisch It's cut a little weird. First a double cork 1080 mute, and then a switch triple cork 1440 safety. A little bit deceiving

First of all, tom did a dub 12 in the north face commercial im pretty sure, It looks like it just cuts at a point where the second rotation is shown from 2 different angles.

More importantly, Dan Treadway is a boss. How did he survive that.
 
Looks like the grab is different at the end of the 1st clip than the beginning of the 2nd, cant tell if he lost the grab right at the end of the first clip or not, because he grabs again at the end of the 2nd.
 
if both shots were from the same trick it was a trip cork 16, i suspect that it was two different tricks tho... really wanna see this triple thou
 
You can see the triple.

If you see when tom is just about to finish his dub, his grab switches to a critical I think. Then, in the shot after that, you can see tom's other cork with the critical.

Jesus, to everybody who is still saying its not a triple, Todd Wallnuts HIMSELF posted in this thread saying that the cutaway was from a dub cork to a triple, so he did in fact do a triple.
