I am going to throw this out there and say that the skater tom penny

was one of the first dudes who wore baggy clothes in order to dwarf his

body's movements and make his steeze look smoother. Whaddya think?

and afterbang was created by basketball players for after they slam dunk. skiing is made up of every other sport! OMG
 
haha dude that basketball comment isnt relevant, basketballs a completely different sport and skiing and skateboarding are similar. both skiing and skateboarding are sports where one of the main goals is to make the tricks look as smooth and easy as possible, therefore what I am saying is that tom was the first person to have the idea that wearing baggy clothes will make tricks look easier and his style smoother.
 
The "sagging" of the pants. was originated by Gay men in prison. letting there pants fall down there butt and trying to atract other men on the pin. True fact.
 
na dude, you dont get what im trying to say. Im not talking about who started the style of sagging pants or who started wearing baggy clothes. Im saying tom penny is the person who started used baggy clothes as a tool to help style.
 
i thought it was because to in jail they take your belt away so you dont hang yourself, same goes with not tieing shoes or having no laces all together. brothers would come back to the hood and not wear thier belts or shoe laces to rep the struggle. also other baggy items make it easier carry objects ie - guns drugs etc. basically my point is, i think we can thank the inner city african american community for baggy clothes.
