Tom losing his thunder?

Yeah, I mean. He won the dew tour a week or so ago and he did the first ever sw right 14. Hes def headed downhill. For sure...
 
hahaha i was waiting for one of these threads after the xgames

just because he didnt do so good in the xgames doesnt mean he is starting to lose his ways, everyone always has a bad time

also, i dont think doing a switch right 1440 in the big air counts as losing his ways
 
It's one weekend. Come on.

Honestly, Wallisch has been putting out better video segments than a lot of these guys, and I think that's a far better measure of a skier than a comp.
 
ya dude he just messed up a couple landings in slope, his segment in refresh was soo sick. he is ahead of both bobby and jossi in dew tour standings. he probably just partied his ass off last night and didnt do as good as he hoped in slope
 
He's only 22. This is like saying that Tom Brady is "losing his thunder" because he didn't win the Super Bowl...
 
just has he has done the past couple years, every year he seems to have a rebirth...whether it be a new groundbreaking trick, or winning a big comp Wallisch is killing it, whats to stop him from doing jsut the same this year?
 
i cant tell if your thinking about shane mcconkey or shaun white. This thread is about Tom Wallisch lol. Thats OK though, you probably just got confused.
 
You can't say twalls bad just because he doesen't place. You probably don't look at his footy from any of his other comps and only watch his 4bi9 edits. In the edits you see mostly only the stuff he lands but people fall and make mistakes every once in a while you know, lets see you land double cork 12's every run and all the other amazing shit he does.
 
it was clearly nerves. I think you could even overhear him say that it was during the big air. His slopestyle run in practice was amazing. Two pretzels but he could only get the second one during the comp. Also there was a lot of pressure on him after winning two dew tour stops and being his first time at X
