Tom and Henrik hate?

I think some people don't like their clothing style. I don't care about their style although I wouldn't emulate it and I love their skiing.

Other people are just jealous of their success and skill.

I hope you actually live in compton because you are calling someone out on being a poser and ur name is compton jibber. No disrespect if you really are from compton.

sure tom and henrik are really good. im not gonna deny it. they have real good style. but watching them two and a few others out there such as phil cassabon, is starting to get really boring. you can almost predict what they will do on any terrain. its almost always the same trick just spinning a different way or slideing different foot forward.

That could be true for some people but I am jealous of their skill and success myself but that doesnt mean that I hate on them like all these other kids are

funny how that never happened... you might want to check on your claiming buddies cause i think they're yanking your chain pretty damn hard.

anyways, why keep the hate to just when the snow is gone? seems kinda gay. lets keep this shit going all year! its hilarious!

There new movie is called "so far so hood" i believe. Implying that they, themselves, are hood. They dress like G's talk like G's but are the farthest thing from it. Sick skiers, but not thugs. Baggy is one thing but they go a little further.

the only reason i hate them is because they spawn all these little east coast faggot pseudo-skiers. you are not skiers, you stand around in the park all day on a slope that's comparable to the hills in downtown seattle. you look like you rolled around in a value village discount bin. this is the new face of "progressive" skiing. they obviously kill it, but the little nutdanglers now have effectively branded them as the epitome of what skiing is and what it should be.

so keep up the cocksucking, ns. it gets tiresome, but there's some marginal amusement in how style-obsessed you little shits are.

At first i did, now i think it isnt humor any more. If they dressed or talked like them for maybe a season for the case of the name of the movie, then yes its humorous. But at this point its a little rediculous.

basically thats what I was gonna say...

No one can deny the skill of Wallisch and Henrik, I would be the first person to give them props. I don't think anyone is really hating on them, they are hating on the fact that 50,000 sophomores in highschool that didn't ski two years ago are now wearing tall tees and flashing gang signs like they are the hottest shit ever. Easy come easy go, these will be the same people that peace out when the industry stagnates and skiing isn't so cool anymore. I'm not trying to dictate to anyone what their style should or shouldn't be, I'm just saying that if you set out to dress like a pro and emulate their style, people are going to make fun of you, so deal with it.

geeeeez. sooo many people in here are questioning the validity of expressing themselves as "hood". Where have you guys been the past 10 years? White kids have been wearing "thug" clothing for a long time. Long before T-Wall and HH started slaying park. It doesn't make any sense to me when people say they are fake thugs, or wannabe gangsters... if that's true, isn't like 1/4 of our generation fake thugs? Would you respect them more and be okay with how they dressed if maybe they went out and killed a couple people or started slinging mad yayo? Like seriously kids, think. They're just expressing themselves, not trying to be gangsters.

who cares what clothes they wear, its their choice. they're clearly enjoying what they do and at the end of the day isn't that what skiing should be about?

Exactly! This style of clothes, as well as the rap music, is nothing new at all, at least not in our community, which is predominately white and very far removed from the inner city hoods. I don't know how it got so popular to wear baggy pants down below the waist and listen to rap music, but it is definetly the trend here, and has been for as long as I've been raising my kids.

Bottom line, Tom and Henrik look good on the slopes no matter what they choose to wear, and I do love all the pretty colors the skiers wear today. It does look cumbersome though to wear all that bulky clothes, but they seem to make it work......obviously.

No. He's saying what is the message that a white kid from the suburbs is trying to communicate when he dresses like a thug from the inner city...

What is kind of funny is that any of these fresh faced white skiers would probably be scared stiff if their car stalled in the middle of the hood and they had to fend for themselves. Black people must really get a laugh out of all us suburban white folk acting like gangsters.

Oh funny, "I'm So Hood" remix by DJ Khaled just came on my ipod!

No, I'm actually not missing that at all. It's pretty obvious reading through any thread about tom, henrik, or 4bi9.
But us, and all our friends had a good laugh when Witt came up with that name, and since we are having fun doing it, that's really what matters.

Big difference between Tom and Henrick., they both ride and dress with style but Tom doesn't try to be someone he's not, you talk to him and he's got zero attitude and talks like a normal kid from PA. Henrick thinks he needs to pretend he's from Brooklyn NY with a fake urban accent and attitude to be accepted. I hope someday soon Henrick realizes that he's recognized AND RESPECTED based on skills, not being someone you're not. Tanner went through the same phases pretending he was a rapper and now rasta, its honestly just a case of lack of self confidence to be who you are. Tom doesn't have that issue.
