Toilet Paper

So i got into this argument with my friend about toilet paper. He says when he puts in toilet paper, the flap is closer to the wall. I always have it so the extra tp is closer to me so i can just smack the roll to easily rip off a piece. What do you guys think

usually i leave one empty cardboard tube on the roller, then have another full roll of toilet paper sitting on top. because fuck.
