On the real though, this is the kind of thing that can wipe out the planet... containment in India is next to impossible too, considering it's home to 1/6th of the world population. Glad I live far, far away in the states.

except both calendars are based on the number of revolutions around the sun, not the number of days in a year. your argument is false.
 
Not so fast. Going on evidence from Hollywood blockbusters, if a doomsday event does occur, it will surely happen in the USA because it's the centre of the Earth.

this is old news, XDR TB has been around since i was in 9th grade, i'm going into my junior year in highschool now
 
like all other doomsday things, this has happened before... The black plague, duh. Maybe the plague was curable, but not to them. Same effect now. Although, people are much more mobile these days... it could spread faster but people ACTUALLY care about TB.
 
hahaha i know but yeah we learned about it in 9th grade, so 6 years ago? and the article didn't list that many cases anyway, so no need to fear
