Rory Bushfield's switch double backflip in PUSH is still the scariest, and most amazing thing I've ever seen in a ski movie, in my opinion. even though it happened a few years ago. Just the thought of skiing that fast backwards, then having to do not one but 2 backflips over a 90 foot gap and landing on ice backwards still makes my jaw drop after seeing it 1000 times. I was just thinking like who is going to make people piss their pants this year and how will they top this...

What are your thoughts? What would you consider scarier or crazier?

haha yeah definitely..thats fucking scary..

Not to mention how hard he stomped the shit out of it too.

i don't think it on the net. it was in a trailer on t.v in oz on a small local channel. it was filmed about 5 years ago, don't know what the movie was called. anybody thats watched the jindy channel will know it.

i was never that fond of the sw. double back. respect? for sure, but it certainly isn't anything I would consider really... uh... aesthetic/innovative/cool. Perhaps, if anything, it bugged me that it was like so banger for so many people, even to the point when they had to do the x games "best trick bs" they were saying if rory's binding didn't blow up on the sw. double back, he would have won. That irked me. Haven't thought about it really, but I think that left me with some negative connotations about the trick.

Yeah, my mouth was definitely hanging open after seeing that shot in the Push trailer.

Not only is he an amazing skier he's also a really nice guy.

We went to the same middle school so we were chatting it up for a bit at a film festival.

He was pretty chinked so that was funny.

a bunch of years ago (i think maybe 2000) this dude landed the switch double backflip in competition. It was in the australian X-games.

I might be the only one to disagree, but every time I watch a segment of Seth kicking death in the balls over a 100 foot cliff and doing something huge, I jizz a little.

Honestly I completely agree with you. It's absolutely INSANE. Its been like 2 years and skiing has progressed so much since then.. and its still right at the top of crazy
