To the people that actually ski vishnu’s, honest opinion on them?

Just got mine in the mail and they’re my first set, so curious as to what you guys have to say about them.
 
best ski I've been on for jibbing and playing around the mountain, awesome in soft snow, bad on ice, great durability but don't beat up the tips and tails too much thats the skis one weak point
 
My first pair of Vs are currently getting mounted and all these threads about people getting their skis mounted incorrectly has me stressed.

Im extremely lucky I have a guy who mounts them for me at my local hill when hes doing extra work when we are closed. He lets me help as much I can so I get to be there to see if everything is doing ok. But I still get stressed to
 
As long as you don’t ski into a wall/do a ton of nose blocks/run into the front of features they should last you a full season of rail skiing.

actually pretty firm underfoot but the tips and tails are wicked soft, I feel like having a stiffer flex underfoot makes it easier to leverage the tips and tails of the skis for buttering, if that makes sense?

either way, butters are effortless on them

What about ditches?
 
1011228.jpeg They should last about a season even if you hit a lot of rails. Maybe more or less depending on if u switch feet or if u detune fairly regularly. In terms of durability I thought they were pretty similar to the armadas and Icelantics that I've skied previously. Wets are soft but not stupid soft, meaning it's super easy to flex your skis but you shouldn't flex out on landings unless you're landing backseat or there's quite a big impact. Also super light weight. Switching from poachers to these was a crazy feeling even though poachers aren't that heavy. They still feel reasonably stable though

I cant tell if this is a negative comment or not because it could be referencing the fact that Kysen did a nose block stall thing inside of a fireplace in the Shady Canyon video we made last winter.
