If you Frequent these locations, live around Edwards in Colorado, or especially come to Mt. Hood in the summer, you've probably come across Fuxi. Yes, i'm starting a thread about the tall self proclaimed "best skier" in the world.
If you don't know who this is, Fuxi is an Agro Austrian who runs race ski shops in Colorado and in Government Camp at mount hood. Fuxi is also probably one of the most prejudice guys out there.
I worked this summer in the back of one of his shops in Govy at Mt. Hood as a ski tuner. Not only did this guy Constantly talk trash on all the "gnar-headed losers" in the terrain parks at Mt. Hood this summer, but he also made it his mission to bastardize anything he could for his personal gain from the new era of freeskiers, and at the same time, put it in its grave.
He has constantly done his best to convince Mt. Hood to put a stop to their summer terrian parks, (which granted will never happen.) and he has done what he can to constantly get anyone not in his alpine camps thrown off the hill. I can only imagine his actions are very similar in the Copper mountain area.
I propose that instead of just blowing his actions off any longer, as he has been doing this for years, I propose to all the people who live in Edwards, or the front range, or ski out there, that a national boycott be done his way.
Its real easy. Just use his tactics against him. If you know who i'm talking about, then all you have to do is simply tell anyone that he's a nothing, that he's doing what he can to cause trouble for the freeskiing community, and being that Edwards, Vail, and the surrounding mountains is a pretty small place, word should travel fast, and close up shop for him.
Since the Ski scene is important to so many of us, I bring this up in order to help out the said community of fellow skiers.
