Well, I like the backround history of Apple and I like the PCs for the way they work. They work better for me. I have nothing against Macs.

Macs are good and so are P.C.s. The only thing that ticks me off are people that think the macs are still a nice little company. Not so. The two founders bothe left the company. One because he thought it was becoming too corporate, the other because management forced him out. Macs are the same power hungry capitalist company as all the other companys. But ya if you want games or a cheap comp, get a p.c., if you want video editing and stuff, get a mac.

That was one of the funniest things I have read. Most of it is so true, but an equal article could be written for pc or anything done my microsoft for that matter. The macs do look pretty ugly though.

Macs made such a huge mistake by not allowing compatible clones. They are pretty good in some areas, but if they had other companies doing R+D for them (like Microsoft has now), plus their own R+D, they would be so much better.

i dont understand why some of you guys think that they look ugly. i agree with that with some of the earlier imacs, but the new ones have been down right sexy. there is so much style to them now that pc's look disgusting

macs aren't bad, I'll admit that, but in my opinion, pcs are better, for everything. you just gotta know how to put a good one together for media editing.

personally..i think a PC could smoke a mak in any and every aspect. I think macs are more of a 'recreational' type computer for like word processing and going on the net... people that dont really toy around and tweak with thier stuff. And just like with most things..it tries to make up for its below par performance with its looks.

pcs have so many problems its not even funny. even ask the technical support guys at microsoft, many of them run macs. think im lying? one of my friends knows a guy that works there.

and who cares about compatibility when you have everything from apple? it all goes together so easily, why the heck would you want anything else

i think macs are sweet, cuz i have an imac and an ipod. seamless music compatability. and aim and internet and music is all i do and it works great.

i dont see how it all matters in the end. just a comp, but i want one of those terlets.
